Evan Rubinson - Founder of ERA Music Brands

 Evan Rubinson is a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer in the world of musical instruments and accessories market. Inspiring by his lifetime's involvement in music, when he was twenty-five years old, Evan found success serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of several world-renowned music brands, including Dean Guitars, Luna Guitars and ddrum Percussion, eventually becoming a co-owner of these three brands. After stepping away from the day-to-day activities of these brands Dean Guitars, Luna Guitars and ddrum Percussion brands, Evan found further success in establishing his own musical instruments and musical accessories company, ERA Music Brands. As the company's founder, brand builder as well as Chief Executive Officer Evan's day-to-day responsibilities cover the spectrum from the most innocuous, hands-on aspects of a business, up to the most complex strategic, high-level issues. Throughout his music industry career, Evan has enjoyed the privilege of being featured in numerous, global magazines and online publications, including Guitar World Magazine, Guitar Player Magazine, Guitar.com, Vintage Guitar Magazine, Drum Magazine, Digital Drum Magazine, Music Inc. In addition to evan rubinson music tenure in the industry and an B.A. at Duke University, maintaining an initial career that was centered around investment and finance, eventually culminating in the launch of his healthcare-centric hedge fund, Koroit Capital. Evan remains committed to pursuing his passions as a dedicated biotechnology and real estate investor. He is currently CEO and Chief Investment Officer for the Koroit Capital Fund, as in addition to managing and owning several commercial real estate investments throughout the Southeast region of the United States.

Evan is a part of The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) and is as well as an active member of the board of the Duke University Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee (AAAC). Other charitable ventures comprise the Tampa Bay Humane Society, Southeastern Guide Dogs, Wounded Warriors, SGT Shredder: Rocking to Rejuvenate Vets and The Mike Calta Family Foundation. Evan is also an incredibly proud alumnus donor to Duke University and Tampa Jesuit High School.

What was the source of inspiration of your future career get its inspiration from?

My father founded the third-largest music retail store in the US from his home in the US.
